Dr. Lisa Chandonais received her doctoral degree in audiology from Central Michigan University in 2013. After graduation, she moved to Pittsburgh and has been practicing in the region ever since. Her professional experience encompasses fitting prescriptive hearing aids, custom hearing protection, hearing aid repairs, comprehensive vestibular (balance) assessments, aural rehabilitation, adult and pediatric hearing evaluations, tinnitus assessments, and earwax removal.

Growing up around a family member with hearing loss inspired her career path. Dr. Chandonais grew up learning sign language and going to audiology appointments with her sibling. The experience has helped her find her calling. She loves meeting new people and providing compassionate hearing care. She has experience practicing with UPMC and other reputable private practices in western Pennsylvania. She is honored to join HearWell Center as she shares the same values and mission. She is passionate about providing a personable and professional experience to all.

When she is not preoccupied with audiology, Dr. Chandonais enjoys attending her children’s soccer events, reading, painting, and outdoor recreation.
